Since 2002, Midland Holiday Pines has been providing magical holiday experiences for the Kansas City area. We are so grateful for everyone who is part of our tree farm family.

Scotch Pines are grown on the farm, and we also bring in a beautiful selection of Fraser Firs and White Pines. Cut down your perfect tree from the field or we can cut it for you!

We open the Friday after Thanksgiving and remain open on weekends from 10am - 5pm until the end of the season.
Covid-19 precautions for the 2020 season:
The safety of our patrons and staff is our priority.
Please review and respect the new safety measures. Additional safety policies not listed here may be implemented, without notice, at the discretion of Midland Holiday Pines. Please continue to comply with all federal, state, and local guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
We want to provide you with a safe experience while you find your perfect tree.
We have 7 acres, and this allows for plenty of space for social distancing. Please be courteous to other guests and respect their space. Wear a mask out of respect for others when inside the building or when 6-ft social distancing cannot occur.
To keep you and our staff safe we will have several Santa-tation stations around the farm.
These will have hand sanitizer for your use. We have sanitizer for the saws and sled, as well as for the portable bathroom. Unfortunately the gift shop in the garage will be closed this year, and we are sorry that we cannot provide you with complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider. Wreaths and greens will still be available for purchase.
Credit cards, cash, or checks are accepted.
Two cashiers will be available - one in the garage and one on the porch. Our staff is happy to will assist you with tying your tree on your cars, but they may ask you to keep a safe distance.
There is a risk of exposure to Covid-19 in any public place.
